Job Description

1. Develop regional sales strategies based on market conditions, lead the team, and achieve the company's business targets;

2. Develop clients in the region, handle client maintenance within the area, and deeply explore potential needs of major clients;

3. Regularly report on sales performance in the region and the sales plan for the next stage;

4. Responsible for training, assisting, and managing regional agents;

5. Cooperate with the marketing department to complete the annual marketing plan;

6. Complete performance appraisals according to the company's assessment requirements.

Note: This position is for a Regional Sales Manager, stationed in South China, North China, East China, or Northwest China.

1. College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Over 3 years of work experience is preferred;

Job Description

1. Operate machinery skillfully/independently to manufacture production specifications and other technical requirements based on customer needs.

2. Repair and refurbish wheel brake assemblies according to customer requirements, manufacturing production specifications and other technical requirements.

3. Read and understand maintenance manuals and technical documents.

4. Work effectively on your own and have a team spirit.

5. Complete tasks assigned by the workshop supervisor or operations manager, such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, etc.

Qualifications

1. Secondary technical school education or above, with 3 years or more experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

2. Basic knowledge and ability to use tools and read drawings.

3. Honest and upright personal character with a strong sense of responsibility.
